Chris’s Side: They say there are three sides to every story: her side, my side, and the truth. But let’s be real—the truth is usually just my side. Britni and I swiped right on Hinge when we were both pretty much "over it." I’d grown tired of putting myself out there and getting nothing back. Then Britni showed up. From our very first message everything clicked—no awkward pauses, no forced small talk; the vibe was just right. She was about to head out of town for a "Hot Girl Summer" trip, so I tried not to get my hopes up. Plot twist: she came back and told me she’d been thinking about me the whole time. I set up our first date and still remember walking into that restaurant and seeing her—stunning. In that moment I knew this wasn’t just another date. Since then it’s been a dream. I truly believe God brought us together. Britni is the kindest, sweetest, most loving woman I’ve ever known. I thank Him every day for bringing this angel into my life, and I can’t wait to call her my wife. Britni’s Side: When I met Chris, he felt like a breath of fresh air. Even on our first date I knew he was different—if I’d passed on him I would’ve regretted it. I’d prayed for a man like Chris, and then, out of nowhere, he appeared like a perfectly wrapped gift from God. Although we barely knew each other at first, talking to him felt like we’d known each other for years. We can talk about anything and our time together is never dull. The first thing I noticed was his honesty—sometimes too honest, but always genuine. Chris wears his heart on his sleeve and always tells it like it is. At first it didn’t feel real that my prayers could be answered like this: a man who would lead, guide, challenge, love, and support me in all the ways I needed. Chris is everything I could’ve asked for and more. We share faith, family values, and a love of music. I’m so grateful he chose me and that I chose him. We sing together, laugh together, pray together, and play together—I can’t wait to do that forever. — Britni

My name is Synclare but everyone calls me SYN! I’m 30 years old born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m a licensed esthetician/ skin expert studying to get my BSN to become a Medical Aesthetician 💉👩🏾‍⚕️. I’m a mom to a smart funny and sweet 9 year old boy 💙. My hobbies are spending money lol , shopping, traveling, reading, painting, going to concerts and now pilates chileeee who would of knew😂. I met Britni in the 4th grade we attended separate elementary schools but we were invited to the same party where i thought my life was over when I fell and split my big toe open😩 (Jesus Fix It ). Britni was the only girl who sat with me until my mom came and wiped my tears and right there i knew that was my best friend 🩷 we are decades into our friendship and i wouldn’t trade her for the world!

Hi! I’m Elissa Brown, and I’m truly honored to be one of Britni’s Maids of Honor. I’m originally from Alabama but moved to Atlanta, which is where I met the beautiful bride at work. Even though it hasn’t been long, our bond has grown into a true sisterhood that is so special to me. I’m so excited to celebrate Britni and Chris and watch their love and marriage flourish!

My name is Jada, and I am the brides younger cousin! Britni has always been in my life, and I always have looked up to her as the sister I’ve never had. This is my first time being a bridesmaid, and I’m excited to be there to support Britni and Chris, and create new, amazing memories!

My name is Janecia Love but I go by Necie! I’m truly honored and overjoyed to be a part of celebrating this beautiful couple—on their special day and the incredible journey ahead.
Britni and I first met in 2017, shortly after I moved to Atlanta to chase my dreams in the creative world and landed a role in the music industry. While music may have brought us together, our bond quickly evolved into something much deeper—a lifelong sisterhood.

We’ve walked through so many highs and lows in our individual lives, and through it all, Britni has been a constant source of support, encouragement, and love. No matter the time or distance, our check-ins always reminded me of the strength of our friendship. I’ve always known her to be radiant on her own, but to see her with a partner who truly cherishes her and brings out even more of her light—it’s a joy beyond words.
Together, Britni and Chris reflect a love rooted in purpose, faith, and unwavering commitment. I have no doubt their union will be a vessel for something truly divine, and I can’t wait to witness all the dreams they bring to life—together. Much love, forever and always.

Hi! I’m Alexis and I’m so excited to be part of this special celebration as a bridesmaid! I first met the bride—who also happens to be my boyfriend’s sister—at her birthday party in 2021 and I instantly knew we were going to be great friends. I met the groom when the bride introduced him during a fun lunch at Joey D’s. I still remember how happy she was when she first told us about meeting him! I’m really looking forward to getting to know all the other bridesmaids, sharing in the fun, and most importantly, witnessing the love and joy of this amazing couple’s special day.

I currently work as Store Manager at Wish Atlanta. I’m also a singer/songwriter and content creator. I studied Creative Writing and Film Studies at Emory University. Overall, I am a creative with interests in film, fashion, music, and fitness.

I met the bride in 2016 when we were interning at Patchwerk Recording Studios. What I’m most looking forward to as a bridesmaid is being able to join my friend on her journey to becoming a wife! Her and Chris are beautiful together and I feel honored to be a part of it all!

My name is Khari Arnold. I'm a Christ follower, husband, and father. I also lead communities and cover the NBA.

Chris and I met through a mutual friend. We became friends through mutual interests of Madden and Remember the Titans.

I’m Lorenzo but most people just call me Zo. I met Chris back in 2017 when we worked for the same company. Since then it’s been a true Boys to Men storyline. Chris is also serving as one of my groomsmen in my upcoming wedding as well. My Fiancée and I are so happy to support Chris and Britni in their upcoming union. If either of y’all ever need anything, just give a call! 

Lorenzo Perry

I'm Brison - the brother of the bride. I first met Chris at a family dinner a couple years ago, and he fit in with us right away. Since then, I’ve had the chance to get to know him better and see just how much he cares for my sister. It’s been great watching the way they balance and support each other, and it’s clear how happy she is with him. I’m excited for everything ahead for the two of them, and I’m looking forward to growing my own relationship with Chris as he becomes part of the family!

Brison Mann 

Yo Yo Yo! It's your boy Carl and I met Chris over 10 years ago at World Changers Church here in Atlanta. Ever since we met, we've been brothers ever since. No matter the season Chris and I have always been close, truly a brother from another mother. I believe Chris was truly been blessed with Britni as they are a perfect fit. Every time I am around them, it's truly a good time and you can see they love each other. I pray for their union and that God blesses them greatly!

Yurrrp! I'm Erskine C. Johnson III - but everybody just calls me E! I'm just here so I won't get fined....kidding! I met Chris maybe 7 or 8 years ago at mutual friends birthday party and from day one, it felt like we had known each other since childhood. We've got one those friendships where we might not talk every day, but when we do, it's like no time has passed at all.  It's a true honor to stand by his side on such an important day. I met Chris through a mutual friend and he kind of became a little brother to me. From his “unique” restaurant choices/ tastes to madden to discipleship, we have grown to become family. I met his bride at a party and I knew she was a great one for him because she was competitive and she served all night, just to make sure Chris’ day was special.
